SBBMK Trust has been laid out and enrolled as a different body under the aegis of Wellbeing and Family Government assistance Division under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 to execute Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Plan vide GO No. HFW 216 CGE 2008, Bangalore dated twentieth February 2009. For quick and powerful execution of any new plan/drive of the public authority, working the plan through a free, independent body will be strong as well as conservative. With this in view, in 2009, for execution of Vajpayee Arogyashree Wellbeing Confirmation Plan to BPL families in Karnataka, the Public authority of Karnataka laid out a ‘Particular reason Vehicle’ named as Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust to control the plan.

For strategy choices and to direct the Confidence in executing the plan, the Trust has three overseeing bodies as follows:

Leading body of Legal administrators – For strategy choices

Chief Advisory group – For conspire execution

Empanelment and Disciplinary Panel – For empanelment of clinics and making a disciplinary move
